That and the plumbing for the air bladders is about $1K and takes three to four hours to put in. I think Morryde is the only one that has this option, I don't see it on Trail air or Dexter's sites. I bought a 2019 Reflection 29RS double axle and prior to any trips, I pulled off the wheels/tires and had them balanced and greased all the zerks on the suspension. The trailer came with the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension installed. 16/08/2010 · Which one is better for our Cyclone? I know Heartland seems to use the E-Z Flex at the factory, but since I don't have either currently, I'm thinking I can put either on. Also, anyone know how to add shocks while I'm ad it? I have a little mig welder that's great for that stuff. The Dexter system is, in principal, the same type of trailing arm suspension system as the IS but uses air as opposed to dual rubber springs to absorb the road. It will be interesting to see if anyone has this system and their comments. It looks good in some ways, not as good in others.

Dexter recommends that you do not jack up the trailer on the suspension components because there is always the potential for damage. Bent hangers, leaf springs, or axle tubes can cause bad axle alignment with bad tire wear resulting. So in order to get the EZ Flex I will have to move my hangers 1" backwards and the other one 1" forward, which would give me more room between tires. Right now my axles are 33" centers and the one EZ Flex for 33" are for up to 6000lb axles and my axles are 7000. The Dexter EZ-Flex suspension system has to be greased periodically. The rubber suspension plug problem seems to have been fixed. That and the plumbing for the air bladders is about $1K and takes three to four hours to put in. 12/10/2010 · I just had the Dexter EZ Flex installed on my 27 ft TT. Took it to Jacobson Trailer in central California and it took the tech 2 hours to do the job. Bill was $121 and worth every penny.
