Personal Chef Experience
Chef Mosher will craft a customized 4-course menu tailored to your preferences, handling all aspects of meal preparation, execution, and cleanup in your chosen venue. You’ll enjoy a seamless, elevated dining experience, complete with world-class cuisine, all while relaxing in the comfort of your own space.
Prepared Meal Services
Chef Mosher collaborates with you to design health-conscious, diet-specific meal plans for you and your family. Meals are prepared directly in your kitchen, with cleanup handled for you. Once completed, the meals are stored in your refrigerator, ready to be reheated and served. Detailed instructions are provided, and Chef Mosher can prepare multiple meals for the week in a single visit.
Winery Consulting Services
With over 15 years of Executive Chef experience, including extensive work managing winery kitchens, Chef Mosher offers expert consulting to wineries looking to elevate their culinary programming. He can assist in creating cost-effective, innovative menus that enhance the presentation of your wines and create memorable experiences for your guests.

Chef Jeff Mosher has been a staunch advocate of the farm to table movement for the past 20 years here in Napa Valley.

His cuisine is rooted in classical French and Italian techniques. While traveling extensively, executing food and wine events in many different countries such as Singapore, Panama, China, Costa Rica, Thailand, Korea among others, he has added global influences to his cuisine. An expert in food and wine pairing Chef can create a bespoke menu that will surprise and delight your guests while also pairing perfectly with whichever wines you choose to enjoy with your experience. As a child, Jeff Mosher’s parents gave him the choice to cook or do the dishes. The decision was easy, and in turn, launched him on a trajectory towards the culinary industry. While pursuing undergraduate studies at Oberlin College, he consistently found himself around food, helping to run the co-op food program and working in restaurants in the evenings. The thrill of working on the line at a local pizzeria, coupled with an influential semester abroad in Strasbourg, France, left Mosher hooked and hungry for more.
Shortly after graduation, Mosher moved to San Francisco in 1997 and worked at the E and O Trading Company, followed by time in the kitchens of Clouds, North Star, and Campton Place, serving four-star contemporary French cuisine under chefs Laurent Manrique and Daniel Humm. In 2004, Mosher took his culinary passions and experience to Napa Valley — arguably the epicenter of American wine and food culture — as Sous-Chef at Julia’s Kitchen at Copia. Mosher worked with Chef Victor Scargle for two years before rising to become Executive Chef in 2006. A pivotal moment in his career arrived when he became Executive Chef at Robert Mondavi Winery in 2009. “The synergy between food, wine, and the arts at the winery spoke to me. Everything was executed at the highest level, from curating the culinary garden to use in all our dishes to the world class wines, and the gracious hospitality exemplified by the staff. I’ll always cherish my time cooking for and dining and traveling with Margrit Mondavi. She exemplified the wineries spirit of gracious hospitality and was very committed to giving back to the local community.”
Integral part of the team that won the award for Best Winery in North America in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024 from World’s Best Vineyards. The award is based on hospitality experiences as well as the physical vineyard and winemaking.
